FACELIFT This 47 year-old woman felt that her face looked older than her age (and how she felt). She came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for face and neck cosmetic surgery, and underwent outpatient dual-layer facelift/necklift (SMAS or muscle-layer tightening as well as facial skin), plus fat removal under the chin as an outpatient operation under local anesthesia plus IV sedation.
