LASER RESURFACING; ERBIUM-YAG/CO2 LASER This 48 year-old woman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery hoping that lip enlargement would remove the lines around her mouth. She had many other facial lines, wrinkles, and sun damage, as well as naturally thin upper and lower lips. After adequate skin care program preparation, she underwent dermal fat grafting (from a suprapubic scar donor site) for permanent upper and lower lip enlargement, and full-face combination erbium:YAG-CO2 laser resurfacing. Her skin was healed in 8 days, with minimal pinkness, and no scarring or skin color change (note normal skin pores and hairs in post-op photo). More facial laser resurfacing cases.
