This 39 year-old nurse has had 3 children and underwent 1 biopsy on each breast for non-cancerous lumps. She requested increased breast size and improved symmetry. Breast augmentation was performed as an outpatient operation at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery utilizing silicone gel implants; she also had eyelid surgery at the same procedure.
