Case 3: Otoplasty (Cosmetic Ear Surgery or ear "pinning")

This young man is an 11-year-old sixth-grader that suffers significant teasing and embarrassment at the hands of his peers, and has just recently been told he needs glasses. He and his parents came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery to correct his protruding ears, and had surgery under local anesthesia plus IV sedation as an outpatient operation.
