SARAH HATLEY: Hi, my name is Sarah Hatley and I am the patient care coordinator here at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery. And what that means to you is I'm really here to answer any questions that you might have. I'm kind of in a unique position because I'm never in the operating room and I don't answer the phones, so really my sole purpose here is to just help guide you through the process and be available to answer any questions that you might have.
When you arrive at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery, you will be greeted and checked in by one of our receptionists. Next, a member of our nursing staff will bring you back to one of our private consultation rooms where you will get a chance to meet with Dr. Tholen or Dr. Gervais.
After you meet with the doctor, you will come visit with me. At that time, I will give you a complete cost quote, which means that there are no hidden fees or charges. I can also provide you with financing information if that's an option for you. You are also free to schedule surgery at that time or you can always give me a call back. I will also go over all of the pre-operative instructions, which are kind of the do's and don't's before surgery. Also with most surgical procedures, we do require a pre-operative exam with your family doctor and I can provide you with that paperwork as well.
